Installing Tracking Devices on Everything

Student A has a major dilemma. It is almost 10:30 p.m. and he hasn't even started his report for english class. The report is due tomorrow and is worth 20% of his final grade. He recalls writing a very good paper about Flamingos in high school, the same subject that he must do his research paper on. He frantically searched for the paper, fumbling through folders and drawers till approximately 2:37 a.m. He then realizes it is hopeless. He has been searching for hours. Exhausted, he finally gives up. He has no report to turn in the next day, and subsequently fails his class. Due to the failure of the class, he loses his scholarship. Since student A can't afford college, he drops out. He spends the rest of his life living with his parents, eating Frosted Flakes every morning, and watching reruns of Full House every night.

Student B has the same problem. Student B is in the same class as student A. The topic of student B's report is duck-billed platypuses. It is getting pretty late, and she has not started her report either. Student B remembers the A+ paper that she wrote in 11th grade, which was on duck-billed platypuses. Excited, she jumps on her computer and loads a magical program by the name of Instafind. She quickly types in the description of the paper, and another screen loads automatically. This screen shows the exact location of the paper. She runs to the garage, pulls out a box, digs to the bottom... BA-ZING! Her paper was in that box! She types it up on her computer, prints it out, and is in bed by 11:30. Student B gets another A+ for this paper and is able to keep her scholarship. She passes the class, graduates from college, and receives a job from a very respectable company.

Student B has an advantage over student A. Student B lives in a world where any object can be located at the push of a button on a computer. How convenient it is! I think all objects in the United States should be implanted with a tracking device; this goes for people, wallets, papers, pets, clothing, lamps, dishes, books etc. By loading a program on a computer, anyone can instantly locate a lost item, due to the tracking devices installed on these items. Some may believe that the only way to find a lost item is by the old fashioned way of looking. They also may believe that this system is unethical and stupid. For these people, let me present you with some alarming statistics!

64% of Americans spend approximately 2 hours a week looking for lost items. That is 104 hours a year, or almost 8000 hours in a lifetime. 94% of Americans believe that this time could be well spent otherwise, reading a book, napping, or even taking a vacation. If every object in the United States came with a tracking device, this would save so much time. Americans know that losing a wallet or a purse is one of the most horrifying feelings. Replacing all the contents of a wallet or purse, not including the money, can cost up to a hundred dollars, sometimes more. Not to mention all the irreplaceable pictures and mementos. With a tracking device on every object in the US, finding a lost wallet would be easy and cost effective. People lose CDs all the time. Instead of going to the store and paying another 20 dollars for the same CD, wouldn't be easier just to track it down with the help of a computer program? Missing children are a big problem in America. Tracking devices could have been implanted in these kids. In a matter of minutes, the child could be found.

Equipping tracking devices on objects would do great things for America. It would develop more jobs, save more money, and prevent much aggravation. Not only would it make the economy rise in the US, other countries in competition with the US would also try and manufacture the tracking device. This would spur an overall more healthy global economy. For an example of saving money imagine how much money is spent on search parties and flyers for lost people. In a world with tracking devices on everything, lost and founds and search parties would not even exist. With tracking devices, NONE of this would be necessary.

87% of Americans today would agree that there is nothing more aggravating than not being able to find something that they know they have. Aggravation causes stress; plenty of stress causes murders. 99% of murderers said that they had a lot of stress in their lives. With tracking devices implanted on every object in America, people would not have as much stress, it's that simple. Thus, the likelihood of someone committing homicide is 76.5% less, just due to the fact that every object has a tracking device! That is one amazing statistic!

Mandatory tracking devices would do so much: expand the job market, strengthen the global economy, save wasted time and money, decrease homicide nationwide, help parents locate their lost children, and most importantly, help people graduate from college. If it were not for tracking devices, Student B would have not been able to graduate from college. He would have spent the rest of his life watching reruns of Full House with his parents. 98% of all Americans would rather graduate from college and be successful than sit at home every night watching reruns of Full House. If people could find a better way to do all of these great things, I say, "Go ahead." Unfortunately they will not be able to find a better way.

  3. I believe tracking for children and adults are great. Have you ever known some one missing? well we would be able to find them and then no one would be missing

  4. Yeah tracking people is great. ARE YOU NUTS? I can’t believe that the writer of this article found a “positive” point of view about tagging human beings like animals waiting for slaughter. This is where things are going. THe more generations that are brainwashed into believing that big brother is here for “our safety”
It’s a game and we are losing. The NWO is peeking right around the corner. Maybe it will still be 30 more years untill everything is in full affect. Every day that passes we get closer to our own destruction.Technology will be what extincts our human race in this era of the new millennium. WAKE UP PEOPLE BEFORE IT”S TOO LATE. or maybe it already is too late. F%ck it. Enslavement. Right on! Can I get my tracker in different colors? Maybe the way they’ll get people to “volunteer” to be tracked would be to give a tax write off. How much for your families soul? 3k per member. Ahh maybe that’s too much. Maybe 1500 would be a better deal for you soul. What do you say?

  6. Has no one seen the Matrix?? Neo had a tracking device implanted in him and they just took it out. No matter what you do a crook / child molestor will always find a way to defeat it. If it is in your arm and they can not get it out they can just cut off your arm. If they want you for the sex trade, a missing arm will probably not affect your price much!!!!
