Has no one seen the Matrix?? Neo had a tracking device implanted in him and they just took it out. No matter what you do a crook / child molestor will always find a way to defeat it. If it is in your arm and they can not get it out they can just cut off your arm. If they want you for the sex trade, a missing arm will probably not affect your price much!!!!

Yeah tracking people is great. ARE YOU NUTS? I can’t believe that the writer of this article found a “positive” point of view about tagging human beings like animals waiting for slaughter. This is where things are going. THe more generations that are brainwashed into believing that big brother is here for “our safety”

I believe tracking for children and adults are great. Have you ever known some one missing? well we would be able to find them and then no one would be missing

people should not be implanted w/tracking devices…that is just simply wrong, perverted,unethical…and there are privacy laws…and i think thati s one of the most insane ideas i have ever heard
