You see, Ninja are far superior to any living creature in so many ways. They would never act as 'double agents' (or in this case, 'double Ninja'); once they seal a deal, it is theirs for life, no going back. Ninja not only have the power of invincibility, but they also possess the power of invisibility. Ninja are masters of ALL languages (they just have to hold a 3rd DAN subtitle or higher). With all of this, plus the common knowledge that EVERYONE is scared shitless of Ninja, would make them the ideal candidate.
